I am a single mum of 3 amazing sons. Two have Aspergers and my middle son has Psoriatic Arthritis. To say that every two days are the same, is not the case in our house. As the saying goes: “We are all Mad Here”.

In 2014, we left their father due to Domestic Violence, we have gone through court and I have the kids 24/7 and there is to be no contact. Things have settled down alot, but we are still working through a lot of what has happened, as we all have PTSD… yay.

I try and make the most out of every day, while trying to save a deposit for a home, which seems impossible at the moment due to the rising costs of everything. I am often trying to find ways to cut costs, while still being able to provide for my sons.

So, come along for a journey, on how we do things. I may not post everyday, but aim to post regularly. I will chat about our lives, the good, the bad, and the completely weird. As well as our journey to save money, with recipes and a variety of other ways.

I aim to make this blog informative, as well as, hopefully inspirational, whilst giving everyone a laugh or two. Because as they say, laughter is the best medicine.
